Returns policy
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Horse Requisites Newmarket LTD, but we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item.
Faulty or damaged
If goods arrive to you faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and within 14 days by either method below,

Our team may ask for a description or photo of the issue so this can be raised with the courier or manufacturer and resolved or replaced as appropriate.
Other returns
For all other returns we are happy to accept items returned to us within 30 days of delivery subject to the following conditions,
- Items must be clean! We are unable to accept dirty items in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
- Items must be returned in original undamaged condition and packaging
Please note
- Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered and received by us, we recommend that you package them with care and use a courier that offers a tracing or tracing service
- A 10% restocking fee for all retuned items will applied to your refund, unless the product is faulty on inspection
- We are unable to accept returns of personalised or customised items
- We are unable to accept returns on items such as feed supplements or topical creams etc, if the seals on the packaging have been opened
- To ensure we can process your refund without delay, please enclose your delivery note with the returned items. If you have misplaced your delivery note please contact us for assistance
